Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) sayaph account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. sayaph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sayaph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify sayaph promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

sayaph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may be closed.
You may request the closure of your sayaph account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures prior to closure. sayaph may also close accounts at its discretion where a breach of these Terms has occurred.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sayaph account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

All activity conducted through your sayaph account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified sayaph of a security breach.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. sayaph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Where a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your sayaph account, sayaph reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your sayaph account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
sayaph may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. Voluntary deposit limits, once set, may not be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
sayaph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
sayaph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to five (5) business days. sayaph will notify the player of any such hold and the reason for it.
Where a player account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and contains a positive balance, sayaph will make reasonable efforts to contact the player using the registered contact details. If the player cannot be contacted, the balance may be treated as dormant in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
sayaph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
